There was a lot more people than Monday! I didn't pay much attention today (I'm going to assume it was because Writing 5 was released before Writing 2, unlike Monday), but I did notice, which I didn't know before, was that the section of books behind it are all math-based. That'll be useful for studying... I sat at one of the study desks, unlike before where I simply sat on a sofa. The desks are seriously scratched. I wonder how many students must have used them before I sat there today.
Lounge just outside of Room 370 in Berry Library
Today, I sat in the same exact place, but there's a different chair! I remember the distinct feeling of not being able to swivel from side to side. It was a wooden chair last time, now it's an office chair. Anyways, I actually sat down with the purpose of LOOKING, and despite them being so big and obvious, I've never noticed the two pieces of art in between my desk/table and the small lounge. I wonder to made and curated them. Additionally, the small sofas are mismatched? I mean, they're the same color, but not only do they have different designs and structures, but different patterns too! Could it have been intentional? I feel like maybe, but wouldn't it have looked better if they were all a bit more similar, no?
Sigh, today, my spot was taken. Some dude sat in it to study. I swear, no one has a sense of decorum here. Regardless, I sat in a sofa on the lounge, instead of my desk where I can oversee it all. My sight is limited, but it'll do. My computer is set on the small tables each sofa has. I hadn't noticed before, but they're unnecessarily heavy, couldn't move it too well. Maybe I just need to workout. There's more people studying in the lounge today, usually Ib only see 3-5; today, the numbers exceed 10. There's printers here, close by. I'll need to make use of them.
